Kyle O’Connor is the President and Founder of MLL Capital. He has over 25 years of real estate investment experience with an extensive background in real estate investment and asset management across a broad range of property types, markets and risk strategies. Prior to founding MLL Capital in 2016, Kyle was a Principal at Marcus Partners, where he was responsible for strategic direction, investment strategy, portfolio management, investment origination, asset management and served as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Senior Management Team.
Prior to joining Marcus Partners in 2009, Kyle was a Director with AEW Capital Management in Boston, where he was responsible for investment origination and asset management for the Partners Funds. Prior to joining AEW in 2006, he served as Managing Director of Investments at Metzler Realty Advisors, a wholly owned subsidiary of Metzler Bank, where he sourced, asset managed and disposed of institutional quality commercial real estate in numerous major markets. He is a graduate of Washington State University (B.A.) and holds a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
Wyndsor DePetro is a Principal of MLL Capital where he is involved with Acquisitions, Asset Management and overall operations of the company. He has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in nearly $2 billion of acquisitions, sales and financing transactions.
Most recently Wyndsor was an Acquisitions Director at Marcus Partners where he worked closely with Kyle O’Connor. Wyndsor was of the initial employees at Marcus Partners, and part of a core group that helped launch the firm where he designed and implemented various processes and procedures within the Acquisitions team. Prior to that, Wyndsor was on Investment Sales teams at Eastdil Secured and Trammell Crow Company.
Mr. DePetro has a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance & Real Estate from Babson College. He has as an officer of the Emily Hall Tremaine Foundation and is involved with various other philanthropic organizations.

William Adams joined MLL in 2019 and is involved in the Acquisitions and Asset Management of the company. He has over 10 years experience in the commercial real estate industry and has completed over $550 million in acquisitions. Prior to MLL, William was an Assistant Vice President at Brookwood Financial Partners performing acquisition, asset management and disposition roles. Gardner Kelley joined MLL in 2020 and works in acquisitions. Prior to joining MLL, Gardner worked in acquisitions at Wilder, a Boston-based developer and management company, focused on open-air and grocery-anchored retail centers along the East Coast. Prior to that, Gardner worked in property management for JLL on behalf of MIT Investment Management Company and for The Dartmouth Company (now Atlantic Retail) providing retail leasing services to landlords and tenants. Gage Clavet joined MLL Capital in 2022 and is involved in acquisitions and asset management.
Prior to MLL Capital, Mr. Clavet worked as a Senior Associate, Strategy & Transactions within Ernst & Young’s real estate group. Prior to EY, Mr. Clavet worked in real estate private equity as an Analyst with GFI Partners. Responsibilities included performing the underwriting for all new investments and leading the acquisitions due diligence process. In addition, he also had significant exposure to capital markets and asset management.
Mr. Clavet is a graduate of Roger Williams University with a triple major in Finance, Economics, and International Business and a Core Concentration in French.
